Soup nights
To encourage personal contact and stimulate informal discussion, there will be two "soup nights" during the winter-spring term. The soup nights are February 22, a week after the David Miller lecture and April 25, a week after the Michael Vannoy Adams lecture. Those attending the event are invited to drop into the home of a member of the society for some soup (supplied), other food and drink (potluck) to chat about the previous week¹s presentation.
